To activate direct debit you need:

Receive your first invoice
Mobile BankID

To be able to activate this you will first have to :
Received your first invoice
Have Mobil BankID

It means that the money will automatically be withdrawn from your account. But it is only for that specific invoice

To be able to do so you will need: 

Mobilt BankID
An account that is connected to your social security number

When making a payment via an IBAN transfer, the payment does not go through Billogram but instead goes directly to us.

To make a wrong payment is something that can happen, It means that the payment you made was not made to the right receiver.

You must have received your first invoice to apply for an e-invoice via your bank. It requires both your OCR number and customer number.

Swish is the only way payment method where the invoice will be paid the same day as you send the payment.

A giro payment is a payment you send using the tear-off slip of an invoice or if you have filled out your own slip.

If you pay your invoice more than once with the correct OCR the system will automatically register the overpayment and refund the money.

If you have made an incorrect payment, or paid too much, we can help you with a refund to the same bank account the payment was made from.
