User Guide for the Mobile App: Manage Your Reserved Parking Spot ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ“ฒ

Manage your reserved parking spot and assign your vehicle's license plates quickly and easily. Letโ€™s get started! ๐Ÿš€

1. Open the Parkit Mobile App ๐Ÿ“ฑ

Download the app from App Store or Google Play Store if you havenโ€™t done so already.

๐Ÿ”” Note: If you haven't received an invitation email, you will need to be invited by an admin before you can log in. Please contact your company or site contact for assistance.


2. Log in and Find Your Parking Spots ๐Ÿ”‘

Once you're logged in:

  • Go to the "Places" tab.

  • Youโ€™ll find two sections: "My Parking Spots" and "Company".

  • My Parking Spots: These are the spots assigned directly to you as a user.

  • Company: These are the spots assigned to your company that youโ€™re a part of.


3. Manage Your Reserved Parking Spot ๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ

Scroll through the lists to find the reservation you want to manage. Once you've found it, click on it to go to the reservation page.


4. Assign License Plates ๐Ÿš™

On the reservation page, you can assign one or more vehicles to your reserved parking spot. Hereโ€™s how:

  • Click the "Assign" button (or "Manage" if you already have license plates added).

  • Add more vehicles by clicking the pink "+" icon.

๐Ÿ‘ Pro Tip: You can assign multiple license plates to a reserved spot, but they can only be active for that specific spot.


5. Open the Garage Gate or Barrier ๐Ÿšช

If your reserved parking spot is behind a garage gate or barrier, you may be able to open it directly from the app! If this feature is available:

  • A blue button with a remote control icon will appear.

  • Click the button to open the gate or barrier.
