User Guide for Admin Users: Managing Your Company and Members 👥💼

Logging In and Access

To manage your company or its members, log in to our admin portal here: www.admin.parkit.se. If you haven’t been invited yet, ask an existing admin user to send you an invitation.

Once logged in, you’ll see the menu on the left side. From there, select the title "Customers" with two sub-tabs:

  • Company 🏢

  • Users 👤


Company 🏢

In this section, you can view and edit your company’s details, such as:

  • Email: This is where your invoices will be sent.

  • Phone Number: Your company’s contact number.

  • Preferred Invoice Delivery Method: You can choose to receive invoices via email or regular mail.

  • Billing Address: The address where your invoices are sent.

Make sure all this information is correct to avoid any interruptions in communication or billing.


Users 👥

Here, you can view all the users associated with your company in a convenient list view. Below is an explanation of each title in the list:

  • Name: The name of the user.

  • Company: The company the user is linked to.

  • Email: The email address the user was invited with.

  • Phone: The user’s phone number.

  • Status:

    • Confirmed: The user has logged into the system.

    • Unconfirmed: The user hasn’t logged into the system yet.

If a user is unconfirmed, you can resend the invitation by clicking the "Resend" button.


Add New Users

To invite new users to your company, click the pink "Add User" button. A new pop-up window will appear where you can invite a user.

Here’s what you need:

  • Email Address (required): This is the main piece of information needed to invite a user.

  • User Details: As an admin, you can also fill out additional user details if you wish.

You will also need to assign a role to the new user:

  • Company Admin: Has full access to manage the company, parking, and users.

  • Company Member: Can only access what has been assigned to them (such as specific parking permits).

Tip: You can filter your user list to show all users, only members, or only admin users, making it easier to manage larger teams.


Removing a User

To remove a user from your company, click the three small dots on the far right of the user list. This will give you the option to remove the user from your organization.


Managing Roles & Permissions 🔑

By carefully managing roles (Admin or Member), you can control which users have the authority to manage parking permits, invite new users, or simply access what they need to park.
