Logging In and Navigation
To manage your permits or reserved spaces, log in to our admin portal here: www.admin.parkit.se. If you haven’t been invited yet, ask an existing admin user to send you an invitation.
Once you're logged in, you’ll see two tabs in the left-hand menu:
Permits 🅿️
Reserved Spaces 🚗
Managing Permits
Click on the "Permits" tab to view all the parking permits you have access to. If you’re an admin for your company, you’ll automatically have access to all company permits here.
What do the columns mean?
Permit Name: The name assigned to the permit by the site administrator.
License Plate: The active license plate currently linked to the permit (Note: Only one license plate can be active at a time).
Status: Whether the permit is currently active or expired.
Zone Name: The parking zone the permit applies to.
Owner Type: Who has access to the permit. If it’s marked as "Company," all members of the company group can access and edit this permit.
Start & End: When the permit started and when it will expire.
Price: The cost of the permit. If this field is empty, it means you're not being billed through Parkit, but there could be another agreement in place.
Editing Permits
Want to edit a permit? Simply click on the permit you wish to modify, and a new pop-up menu will appear to manage the specific permit:
For individual users: You can only edit the active license plate.
For company admins: You can assign users to the permit using the drop-down menu. If you want to add a new user, click the "+" icon to the right of the drop-down menu. You’ll need the user’s email address to invite them, and they’ll be added to the company as a member.
Bookable Permits
These are similar to standard parking permits, but they are shared among users, like within a company. This means that multiple license plates can be active at the same time, depending on the number of permits available.
Admin Features:
As an admin, you can remove a user’s booking to make the permit available for another user if needed.
The management rules are the same as for regular permits. If the owner type is "Company," all users within the company can access the permit. You can assign the permit to specific users by editing the permit in the same way described above.
Reserved Spaces
Click on the "Reserved Spaces" tab to manage your company’s reserved parking spots.
What do the columns mean?
Space Number: The number of the reserved parking spot.
License Plate: The license plates currently active on this reserved space (unlike a permit, a reserved space can have multiple license plates, but they’re only valid for that specific spot).
Area & Zone Name: Where the space is located and the parking zone it belongs to.
Owner Type: Who has access to the reserved space.
Start & End: When the reserved space starts and ends.
Price: The cost of the reserved space. If this field is empty, you are not being billed through Parkit, but another agreement may apply.
Editing Reserved Spaces
Click on the reserved space you want to edit, and a new pop-up menu will appear to manage that space:
For individual users: You can only edit the active license plates.
For company admins: You can assign users to the reserved space using the drop-down menu, or invite new users by clicking the "+" icon. You’ll need at least the user’s email address to send an invite, and they will be added to the company.
