Did a Visitor Get a Fine Despite Registering? πŸš— Follow These Steps to Troubleshoot! πŸ”

An easy way to quickly see if you have had some technical issues.

Updated over 9 months ago

  1. Log in to the Admin Page πŸ”‘
Go to the Visitor Admin Page and log in.

  2. Go to the "Visitors" Tab πŸ—‚οΈ
Here, you will see all registered visitors, both from iPad and web.

  3. Search for the License Plate Number πŸ”Ž
Use the search function to find the license plate number that received the fine.

  4. Compare Registration Times πŸ•’
If you find the license plate number, compare the time the vehicle was registered with the time the fine was issued. The vehicle must be registered before the fine was issued for Parkit staff to see that it is a visitor.

  5. Search with Part of the License Plate Number πŸ”€
If you don't find the license plate number, try searching with just the first 2-3 letters. The visitor might have entered it incorrectly.

  6. Ask the Visitor for the Registration Time πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
If you still can't find the license plate number, ask the visitor about the approximate time they registered.

  7. Filter the List by Start Time ⏱️
Click on "Start" at the top of the list to filter by start time. Then scroll down to the approximate time the visitor registered.

  8. Check for Technical Issues πŸ› οΈ

    • Large Gap in Registrations: If there is a large gap in registrations at that time, it could be a technical issue. Send the information to us at [email protected] and we'll investigate what went wrong.

    • No Large Gap: If there isn't a large gap, it's likely that the visitor didn't register correctly.

Thank you for taking the time to read this guide! We hope it helps you resolve the issue. 🌟😊
