1. Open the App or Website

2. Click on "Forgot Password"
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" button.
3. Enter Your Email Address
Type in the email address associated with your account.
Click "Reset".
4. Reset Page
You will be redirected to a reset page where you can enter a temporary code and set a new password.
5. Check Your Email
Open your email inbox and find the message from Parkit containing a verification code.
Copy the verification code.
6. Enter the Verification Code
Paste the verification code on the reset page. (Ensure there are no spaces or extra characters when copying the code.)
7. Set Your New Password
Enter your new password. It must meet the security requirements (at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, and a number).
8. Log In
Log in with your email address and your new password.
