🚀 Getting Started with Visitor Registration in Kiosk Mode

Follow these simple steps to set up visitor registration with kiosk mode:

1. 🔍 Find the Right Settings:

  1. Go to the admin portal and navigate to the "Visitors" tab.

  2. Click on the gear icon ⚙️ to configure the settings.

2. ⏰ Set Up Time Settings:

  1. Number of Vehicles 🚗: Choose how many vehicles can be registered at the same time.

  2. Availability in the App 📱: Decide if the option should be available in the app or not.

  3. Show or Hide Valid Time ⏳: Decide if the valid time should be displayed or hidden.

3. 🔗 Create a Link:

  1. Go to the "Web Links" tab.

  2. Add the settings you want to offer.

  3. Create the link and click on "Save".

You can now visit the link in a web browser to ensure everything works as you wish.

4. 📺 Set Up the Link on a Touchscreen:

Depending on the type of screen you are using, there are different options. Start by downloading a web browser designed for kiosk mode. Here are two options:

  1. Save the Link 🔒: Add the link in the kiosk app settings to lock the browser to this page.

  2. Lock the Screen 🔐: Set the touchscreen to locked mode so that it is only used for visitor registration.
